Job summary

Synerfac Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Customer Service Representative to support daily operations in a manufacturing environment.

You will enter and maintain customer information and order data, receive and transmit data, and communicate with clients to ensure accuracy and smooth processing. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service and data entry, strong computer skills (MS Office), and outstanding attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, data entry, order processing, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable communicating directly with customers and handling technical information.
• Manufacturing or technical customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain customer information and order data in internal systems.
• Receive, review, and process incoming customer data and electronic files.
• Send and communicate data between customers and internal departments.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding orders, technical information, and general inquiries.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, missing information, and data entry errors.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately communicated and processed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide timely, professional customer service and support.
