Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience in a technical customer support or similar position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to quote, enter sales orders, and read/interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical resource for quoting and entering sales orders.
• Provide detailed product knowledge including specifications, delivery options, and pricing.
• Prepare accurate quotes and orders meeting customer requirements for quality and timing.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and sales staff.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues.
• Enter and manage data in the ERP system (quotes, orders, backlogs, etc.).
• Modify technical drawings per customer specs and manufacturing capabilities.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Accounting on material and cost requirements.
