Job summary

Baxter is seeking a project coordinator in the US to support international focus projects, new product development and sustaining engineering. You will coordinate day-to-day activities with peers and functions to track progress and ensure alignment with plans.

You will work across global teams, participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, and help manage schedules, risks, and deliverables in a regulated medical device environment. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in project coordination, engineering, operations or product development support.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Foundational exposure to scheduling, task coordination, risk tracking and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional, multidisciplinary project teams in new product development or sustaining engineering initiatives.
• Support geographically dispersed teams and external partners in international product launches or regional updates to maintain compliance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules and deliverables per established processes.
• Coordinate project activities and track actions, milestones, risks and dependencies.
• Assist with task assignment and follow-up with internal and external team members.
• Participate in Agile Scrum activities such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Support achievement of project quality, cost and schedule objectives while complying with design controls and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project status updates and contribute to risk, issue and change management discussions.
• Assist with implementing approved design changes into production and related activities.
