Baxter is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to lead site planning and execution of a sophisticated medical devices portfolio across the Southeast. The role is remote with extensive overnight travel (75%), coordinating integration of surgical lights, booms, video, and lifts.

You will manage capital equipment projects, drive on-time delivery, and communicate progress to executives while identifying opportunities for expansion and improved workflows. A PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required (in a relevant field).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% overnight.
• Must live within 35 miles of an airport.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver construction projects on time and on budget.
• Attend coordination meetings to ensure site readiness.
• Coordinate in-house and third-party equipment integration (e.g., video cables, mounts).
• Maintain pre-installation and rough-in information for contractors.
• Communicate project status to executives, Baxter senior management, and project teams.
• Identify out-of-scope opportunities and pursue them with the team.
• Focus on meeting project metrics, risk mitigation, and timely closeout.
