Job summary

HEB Engineers, located in North Conway, NH, seeks a full-time Technical Coordinator to support engineering and surveying projects from proposal through closeout, coordinating documentation, preparing agreements, and assisting with technical reports.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Resource Team to maintain schedules, ensure QA/QC, and support process improvements. The firm offers employee ownership, hybrid schedules, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience in engineering, surveying, or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical and project support activities for engineering and surveying projects.
• Prepare professional service agreements, modifications, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate project records, document production, and QA/QC reviews.
• Perform technical research and assist with proposals, permitting, and project administration.
• Work with Project Managers and Resource Team to keep projects organized and on schedule.
• Help improve processes and support firm growth.
