Job summary

DocuWare Corporation in Beacon, NY seeks a Technical Content Writer to deliver clear, accurate documentation and training materials for global teams. The role coordinates training delivery, maintains knowledge bases, and ensures consistency across regions (Americas, APAC, EMEA) in a hybrid work setting.

You’ll develop content for publications, onboard new staff, assess performance, and report on portal traffic while growing expertise in CMS/KMS/LMS tools.

Qualifications

• 4 years college degree in Communications Journalism and/or 3+ years of job experience in technical software troubleshooting.
• Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter.
• VMWare proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates training for support department personnel, including but not limited to, classroom-style teaching, videos, or e-learning.
• Creates and maintains course content, manuals, or other training materials.
• Manage training documentation for the Support Department, including procedures, policies, and compliance standards.
• Edit and proofread check grammar, clarity, technical accuracy, terminology, formatting and consistency.
• Adapt technical depth, terminology, tone and structure for IT professionals, customers, or non-technical users.

Education
