Job summary

Slide is seeking a digital-native Technical Content Producer to articulate why our platform is built better for MSPs. You will translate complex BCDR and cybersecurity details into clear, compelling content across case studies, one-sheets, and multimedia assets.

You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events & Community and agency partners to deliver high-velocity content that scales across channels and drives demand.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of content production experience (B2B, SaaS, MSP experience preferred).
• Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery is a strong plus.
• Ability to quickly learn complex technical domains (cybersecurity, BCDR, MSP tech) and translate them into simple, engaging content.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear, direct copy.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical content or multimedia projects is strongly encouraged.
• Ability to handle light design and video editing independently.
• Highly organized with strong asset management and file versioning habits.
• Daily use of AI tools to accelerate drafting, research, multimedia, and QA.
• Self-motivated with a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Enablement: Draft and produce case studies, one-sheets, product explainers, and competitive materials for marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
• Content Reuse & Distribution: Adapt core assets into multi-channel formats (email, social, web, decks) to maximize reach.
• Multimedia Production: Produce short-form video and multimedia assets, handling light design and video editing.
• Technical SME & Content Translation: Build domain expertise in BCDR, cybersecurity, MSP landscape to translate capabilities into content.
• Asset & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean naming, versioning, and folder structures for easy asset access.
• AI & Production Speed: Leverage AI tools daily to maintain high-velocity output.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Events & Community, and RevOps to align content with goals.
