Job summary

Kaseya is seeking a Content Specialist for MSP Success to develop high-quality content that helps MSP partners grow revenue and improve go-to-market execution. You will craft materials for MSP owners and marketing teams and produce content for the MSP Success website, MSP Success Peer, and related collateral.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in content marketing (B2B preferred).
• BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising or communications or equivalent.
• 2+ written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ familiarity with AI/SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery.
• Ensure consistent tone, style and messaging across MSP Success content types.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, engaging language for the target audience.
• Review and refine SME-created content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO and AI optimization, where applicable.
• Use CMS and workflow tools to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay informed on social media, AI/SEO trends, and content performance insights.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Digital and Peer teams for alignment with best practices.
• Collaborate with MSP partners in the content creation process where applicable.
