Job summary

Slide is seeking a digital-native Technical Content Producer to articulate why our MSP-focused platform is built better for speed, security, and reliability. You’ll translate deep BCDR and cybersecurity knowledge into clear case studies, one-sheets, video assets, and multi-channel content.

Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events & Community to scale assets across channels, ensuring messaging resonates with MSP owners, technicians, and end clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of content production experience in B2B, SaaS, MSP, or channel contexts.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to translate technical topics into clear copy.

Responsibilities

• Draft and produce case studies, one-sheets, product explainers, and competitive materials for campaigns and sales enablement.
• Adapt core assets into multi-channel formats (email, social, web, sales decks) to maximize reach.
• Produce short-form video and multimedia assets, handling light design and video editing.
• Build deep domain expertise in BCDR, cybersecurity, and MSP landscape to translate complex product capabilities into clear content.
• Maintain clean naming, versioning, and folder structures for easy access by internal teams.
• Leverage AI tools daily to speed up drafting, research, multimedia, and QA.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Events & Community, and RevOps to align content with business goals.

About the Job

Slide is seeking a digital-native Technical Content Producer to articulate why our platform is built better for MSPs. As a technical producer, you will quickly build deep domain expertise in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCDR) and cybersecurity, learning the subtle product details and workflow innovations that make Slide faster, more secure, and decades ahead of legacy tools. In this role, you’ll translate those technical advantages into clear, compelling content, from case studies and product one-sheets to video and social assets, showing both MSP owners, technicians and their end clients why speed and reliability directly impact performance, profitability and peace of mind. Partnering closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events & Community, and agency partners, you will turn complex engineering details into high-performing assets that scale across channels and drive demand.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Enablement: Draft and produce case studies, one-sheets, product explainers, and competitive materials for marketing campaigns and sales enablement.
• Content Reuse & Distribution: Adapt core assets into multi-channel formats (email, social, web, sales decks) to maximize reach across every touchpoint.
• Multimedia Production: Produce short-form video and multimedia assets, handling light design and video editing while briefing larger projects to external partners.
• Technical SME & Content Translation: Build deep domain expertise in BCDR, cybersecurity, and the MSP landscape to translate complex product capabilities into clear, relatable content for MSP owners and technical buyers.
• Asset & Pipeline Management: Maintain clean naming, versioning, and folder structures so internal teams can self-serve current assets effortlessly.
• AI & Production Speed: Leverage modern AI tools daily across drafting, research, multimedia, and QA to maintain high-velocity output.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Events & Community, and RevOps to align content priorities with commercial goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of content production experience (B2B, SaaS, Channel, or MSP experience preferred).
• Experience in cybersecurity, backup, or disaster recovery is a strong plus.
• Ability to quickly learn complex technical domains (cybersecurity, BCDR, MSP tech) and translate them into simple, engaging content.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical topics into clear, direct copy.
• Portfolio demonstrating technical content, product collateral (e.g., case studies, one-sheets), or multimedia projects (strongly encouraged).
• Ability to handle light design and video editing independently.
• Highly organized with strong habits around asset management, file versioning, and folder structure.
• Uses modern AI tools daily as a force multiplier, including for image, audio, and video, with a clear sense of where they add leverage and where they do not.
• Self-motivated with a high bias for action and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
