Job summary

Slide is seeking a digital-native Technical Content Producer to articulate why our MSP-focused platform is built better for speed, security, and reliability. You’ll translate deep BCDR and cybersecurity knowledge into clear case studies, one-sheets, video assets, and multi-channel content.

Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Events & Community to scale assets across channels, ensuring messaging resonates with MSP owners, technicians, and end clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of content production experience in B2B, SaaS, MSP, or channel contexts.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to translate technical topics into clear copy.

Responsibilities

• Draft and produce case studies, one-sheets, product explainers, and competitive materials for campaigns and sales enablement.
• Adapt core assets into multi-channel formats (email, social, web, sales decks) to maximize reach.
• Produce short-form video and multimedia assets, handling light design and video editing.
• Build deep domain expertise in BCDR, cybersecurity, and MSP landscape to translate complex product capabilities into clear content.
• Maintain clean naming, versioning, and folder structures for easy access by internal teams.
• Leverage AI tools daily to speed up drafting, research, multimedia, and QA.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Events & Community, and RevOps to align content with business goals.
