Job summary

Kaseya Limited is seeking a Content Specialist for the MSP Success team to develop and deliver high-quality content that helps MSP partners grow revenue and improve go-to-market execution. You will translate complex IT and cybersecurity topics into clear, audience-friendly content across multiple formats.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Digital and Peer teams, and use WordPress, Asana and AI tools to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand voice.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a content marketing role (ideally B2B) with experience creating blogs, webinars, gated resources and scripts.
• BA/BS degree in marketing, advertising or communications or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ familiarity with AI optimization (AIO) and SEO best practices.

Responsibilities

• Contribute original, high-quality, engagement-driven content from concept to delivery.
• Ensure consistent tone and messaging across content types (MSP Success Digital, MSP Success Peer, MSP Success website).
• Translate complex technical or service information into clear, engaging language for the audience.
• Review and refine SME-created content for grammar, readability, accuracy, SEO and AI optimization; ensure brand compliance.
• Use CMS and workflow tools (WordPress, Asana, AI tools) to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
• Stay informed on social media, AIO and SEO trends and leverage content performance data.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Digital and Peer teams to align content with best practices.
• Collaborate externally with MSP partners in content creation where applicable.
