Job summary

Lenovo is seeking a creative, technology‑focused student to join the Customer Quality Engineering content team in Morrisville, NC. You will transform complex technical information into engaging content and collaborate with engineers on new and unreleased hardware.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a BA or BS and soph year or higher.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and/or other content creation tools.
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of assigned projects.

Responsibilities

Create quality-related videos, visuals, presentations and updates for Lenovo employees and customers.
Support planning, recording, editing, and production of instructional and promotional video content.
Translate complex technical information into clear content with engineers.
Develop content around technology, products, and quality‑related topics.
Help develop a sustainable content creation strategy, including templates and best practices.
Collaborate across Lenovo's global organization to gather information and coordinate projects.
