Job summary

Lenovo Morrisville, NC is seeking an Executive Content Analyst to shape executive narratives and storytelling across the AI Ecosystem team. You will craft high-quality presentations and leadership materials for internal audiences and translate complex AI concepts into clear business-focused storytelling.

The role supports keynote events and internal communications end-to-end, partnering with the VP and Storytelling teams to ensure consistent messaging across all SLT materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or related field.
• 1+ years of experience through internships, co-ops, or related communications projects.
• Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive narratives, storylines, and messaging in partnership with leadership.
• Create high-quality presentations, decks, and leadership materials for internal audiences.
• Translate complex AI concepts into clear, business-oriented storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support keynote presentations, town halls, and executive communications end-to-end.
• Build strategy updates and reusable organizational presentations for the AI Ecosystem SLT.
• Coordinate messaging for consistency across AI Ecosystem SLT presentations and external touchpoints.
• Manage narrative development, talking points, and content strategy for the VP.
• Project manage key industry events (CES/Tech World/MWC/IFA) to align internal communications.

About Our Team

The AI Ecosystem team is building the next generation of AI-powered experiences across Lenovo and Motorola devices. At the center of this vision is Qira, Lenovo's personal intelligence platform designed to deliver seamless and context-aware AI experiences. Our organization brings together teams across AI engineering, product management, user experience, quality engineering, and platform development to create innovative AI solutions that help people work smarter and accomplish more.

As part of the AI Ecosystem organization, the Executive Content Analyst shapes how our vision, strategy, and achievements are communicated both internally and externally. We work closely with senior leaders to transform complex ideas into clear, compelling stories that engage employees, partners, customers, and industry audiences.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer and storyteller who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has an interest in emerging technologies.

Hours: Part time (20 hours per week)

What You'll Do

• Develop executive narratives, storylines, and messaging in close partnership with the VP, COS and Storytelling
• Create high-quality presentations, decks, and leadership materials for internal audiences
• Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear, business-oriented storytelling for non-technical stakeholders.
• Support keynote presentations, town halls, and executive communications end-to-end - from narrative through final delivery.
• Build strategy updates and organizational presentations that can be reused and adapted by the AI Ecosystem Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
• Partner with the Storytelling team for messaging consistency across all AI Ecosystem SLT presentations and external touchpoints
• Manage communications for the VP including narrative development, talking points, and content strategy and cycles
• Project manage key industry events such as CES / Tech World, MWC, and IFA to ensure narrative harmony in internal communications

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience through internships, co-ops, full-time employment, student organizations, or related communications projects.
• Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Teams, Word, and Copilot.
• Experience supporting events, town halls, employee communications, or leadership presentations.
• Strong visual storytelling and presentation design skills.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Curiosity about technology, artificial intelligence, and emerging industry trends.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
