Job summary

Momentum Engineering seeks a Content Developer 1 to support the development and maintenance of training content for mission-focused technical programs. You will gather source material, organize content for course development, and ensure training products accurately reflect subject matter and proficiency objectives.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience translating operational, instructional, or technical knowledge into clear course material, and holds a TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope

Qualifications

• Must have active TS/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
• Four years of experience in the training content domain.
• Experience in developing, delivering, or mentoring related training.

Responsibilities

• Gather raw content and source material for training courses.
• Organize content for development into instructional materials.
• Review course storyboards for accurate content representation.
• Support development and maintenance of training products with staff.
• Determine testing/assessment methods to prove proficiency.
• Ensure content aligns with learning objectives and is technically accurate.
• Update training materials as requirements change.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback into course content.
• Maintain familiarity with the technical subject matter.
• Provide QA support for course development and maintenance.
