Job summary

Hercules is seeking a Technical Community Lead to own our public forum, unblock users, and help build scalable community systems in a hands-on role. You will debug issues, advise on architecture, and participate in calls as needed from the team in San Francisco.

We value in-office collaboration, with optional remote consideration for exceptional US-based candidates willing to travel to the office. You will lead forum ownership, hands-on technical assistance, automation workflows, and community

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TypeScript with debugging skills.
• Strong AI skills: prompting, agent workflows, debugging AI behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High-energy, creative, community-first attitude.
• Nice-to-have: experience running/scaling an online community.

Responsibilities

• Own forum ownership and support routing to ensure threads are answered or redirected.
• Provide hands-on technical help to users, including debugging and fixes.
• Build automation and workflows for scalable support.
• Develop community programs: ambassadors, rewards, office hours, AMAs, hackathons.
• Triage feedback and summarize themes for roadmap decisions.
