We are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial Technology Recruiters to join our recruiting team on a commission-only basis. As a Commission-Based Technology Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and place qualified technology professionals in roles with base salaries ranging from $100,000 to $500,000.

Compensation

• 15% commission of the candidate's base salary for each successful placement

Responsibilities

• Source and identify highly qualified technology candidates through LinkedIn, recruiting platforms, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening, and qualification.
• Understand candidate skills, experience, career goals, and compensation expectations.
• Match candidates with appropriate technology opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Negotiate offers and help facilitate successful placements.
• Develop long‑term relationships with candidates and clients.
• Stay current on technology hiring trends, compensation, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting for technology positions is strongly preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate‑development skills.
• Ability to independently manage a recruiting pipeline.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a performance‑based environment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously.
