Technical Cleaning Supervisor - 3rd Shift

Provide leadership, support, and knowledge to Group Leaders and their teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate the values and principles of Leadec.
• Maintain safety as a priority at all times.
• Ensure safe team operations through communication, observations, and modeling a "Safety, it's Your Life" mentality.
• Manage the scope of work (SOW) effectively.
• Communicate updates and information to management.
• Apply the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodology regularly.
• Focus on labor, equipment, tools allocation, and continuous improvement.
• Handle reporting processes for Leadec and customer requirements.
• Attend all necessary meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Leadec Manager.

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College preferred.
• Previous supervision or management experience required.
• 5+ years in an industrial environment preferred.
• Experience with Automotive/Industrial Systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Flexible with work schedule.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate verbally and listen in a noisy industrial setting.
• Frequently stand and walk on concrete for 8-12 hours.
• Occasionally reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Vision capabilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work environment involves industrial manufacturing with occasional desk work.

Work Schedule: 3rd Shift / Thursday - Sunday / 8 PM - 6 AM
