Job summary

CorSource Technology Group in Portland, OR is seeking a Technical Business Analyst 2 for a 12-month contract within its IT Project Management Office. The role will lead change management initiatives for new system implementations and ensure a user-focused adoption across the organization.

You will guide stakeholder engagement, develop change strategies, assess readiness, manage communications, training materials, and risk mitigation, while addressing compliance requirements in a federal context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in business administration, organizational development, information systems, or related field preferred.
• 7 years of experience required with applicable bachelor's degree; 9 years with associate; 11 years without degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in organizational change management or related field, with proven experience managing change during system implementations.
• Background in corporate, technology or project-driven environment with large-scale, complex change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, recommend, and execute a Company-approved strategic change management plan aligning with organizational goals.
• Define and track measurable objectives with milestones for change progression.
• Use Prosci ADKAR or Kotter’s 8-Step Model to guide planning and actions.
• Stakeholder engagement and relationship management to secure buy-in and support.
• Conduct detailed change impact analyses and readiness planning; develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and execute clear communication plans and maintain coaching materials and toolkits.
• Establish a support network and training materials to assist employees during transition.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies; communicate status to leadership and stakeholders.
