Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Business Development Manager to join our Power Solutions team in the United States, with preferred locations in California, Texas, Washington, or Pennsylvania. You will promote the Power Solutions portfolio, drive design wins, and coordinate with global sales to optimize pricing and market strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or technical engineering
• Fluent in English; bilingual Mandarin a plus
• 4+ years of product management, sales and/or technical business development experience in electronics
• Technical knowledge of interconnect industry or data center architecture/AI computing
• Strong organization, creativity, and project management in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication; ability to work with cross-functional teams globally

Responsibilities

• Promote the Power Solutions portfolio to global sales teams
• Identify requirements and market trends for design wins and coordinate pricing/strategy
• Drive new business opportunities and develop sales/marketing tools
• Prepare and support monthly/quarterly revenue projections and forecasts
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal functions across Operations, Engineering, CS, Quality
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and operations to define market requirements and gaps
• Manage project timelines, roadmaps, and technical deliverables
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for customer visits and trainings
• Attend meetings outside normal hours as part of global teamwork
