Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) seeks a motivated Technical Business Development Manager to join our Power Solutions team in the U.S. This role focuses on promoting power product solutions to Datacom OEMs/ODMs, developing design wins, and shaping product strategies to accelerate growth.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in product management, sales, or technical business development for electronics, with strong cross-functional collaboration, market awareness, and willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or technical engineering.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin a plus.
• 4+ years in product management, sales or technical business development in electronics.
• Technical knowledge of interconnect industry and datacenter architecture.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Promote Power Solutions portfolio to global sales teams and customers.
• Identify requirements and market trends to secure design wins and pricing strategy.
• Drive the opportunity funnel and develop sales/marketing tools as needed.
• Forecast revenue, prepare monthly/quarterly projections, manage roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Customer Service and Quality to meet customer needs.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% for customer visits and trainings.
• Attend meetings outside standard hours as part of a global team.
