The role focuses on bridging business needs with technical solutions, requiring hands-on C#/.NET development experience, strong SQL skills, and healthcare domain knowledge including Medicaid and payer operations.

The ideal candidate will gather requirements, create user stories, and collaborate across SDLC teams to drive scalable improvements in healthcare operations.

• BSA with experience in fast-paced enterprise environments.
• Ability to speak to C#/.NET development as a BSA.
• Strong SQL and data analysis experience.
• Experience gathering requirements and documenting them clearly.
• Proficient in writing business requirements, functional specs, user stories, processes.
