Qualifications

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; healthcare/Medicaid knowledge is preferred.

This role will partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong techno-functional analyst with experience documenting requirements, managing stakeholders, and working within complex healthcare environments.

Position Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Write detailed functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and specifications
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to deliver solutions
• Perform data analysis and support testing activities throughout the SDLC
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive requirements to completion
• Support project delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Assist with issue analysis, root cause investigation, and solution implementation

Required Skills
