You will lead teams, conduct stakeholder interviews, and support estimation and design, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of related experience, 6–8 years IT work in health insurance, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• At least 6-8 years of related information technology work experience, preferably in the health insurance industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in major company initiatives.
• Experience with Production Support activities including issue resolution, monitoring, and incident management.
• Experience with claims process systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and translate business needs into business/technical requirements.
• Lead teams to align technical solutions with business requirements for medium to complex issues/projects.
• Conduct requirements interviews and document business process flows.
• Create technical documents and high-level solution designs.
• Support estimation, ROI models, and project planning within SDLC milestones.
