Atlantic Health System is seeking an Application Systems Analyst to design, implement, and maintain software applications that support clinical and business operations.

You will serve as a liaison between business units and IT, monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead or support implementation projects. The role emphasizes process improvement, documentation, and staying current with new technologies.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or scripting languages.

Mansioni

• Provide daily operational support and monitor application performance to ensure functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes in multi-vendor environments.
• Develop and support scheduled business reports; create scripts for daily operations and BI reports.
• Analyze existing applications and processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Lead or support application implementation projects, including config, testing and training.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT to align priorities and communication.
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Stay current with technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
• Perform data maintenance, tooling add-ons, and on-demand tasks in core applications.
