Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Technical Business Analyst with strong Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE experience in an Asset Management Middle Office environment. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, supporting data management, performance measurement, reporting, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
• Oracle SQL and data analysis experience.
• Understanding of the Eagle Data Model.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, OBIEE, or other BI tools.
• Knowledge of Asset Management / Investment Management, Middle Office operations, Performance measurement, Securities, Pricing and Corporate Actions.
• 6+ years of overall experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.
• Experience analyzing production tickets and providing gap analysis and solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

• Gather data and reconcile between source systems and Eagle.
• Support portfolio reconciliation, performance reporting, NAV validation.
• Prepare test cases and execute SIT/UAT.
• Coordinate UAT with business users.
• Validate performance calculations and reports.
• Liaise with Eagle vendor support.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide status updates and issue tracking.

Technical Business Analyst - Eagle STAR & Eagle PACE

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE within an Asset Management (Middle Office) environment. The candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support data management, performance measurement, reporting, and system enhancements. The role requires strong investment domain knowledge, data analysis skills, and hands‑on understanding of Eagle applications.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

• Gather and document business requirements from Middle Office stakeholders.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, data mapping, and process flow documents.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.

EagleSTAR / PACE Functional Expertise

• Work on Eagle STAR (Performance, Attribution, Reporting).
• Work on Eagle PACE (Data ingestion, reference data, pricing, transactions).
• Define and validate data flows across Eagle modules.
• Configure or support panels, message center, uploaders/exporters, as needed.
• Support enhancements and system upgrades.

Data Analysis & Reconciliation

• Perform SQL-based data analysis (Oracle preferred).
• Conduct data reconciliation between source systems and Eagle.
• Analyze pricing, corporate actions, positions, and benchmark data.
• Investigate performance discrepancies and explain results.

Middle Office Domain Support

• Support portfolio reconciliation.
• Support performance reporting.
• Support NAV validation.
• Support security master management.
• Work closely with Fund Accounting, Performance Teams, and Portfolio Managers.
• Assist in month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles.

Testing & Validation

• Prepare test cases and execute SIT/UAT.
• Coordinate UAT with business users.
• Validate performance calculations and reports.
• Support production release validation.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Liaise with Eagle vendor support.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide status updates and issue tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with:
• Eagle STAR
• Eagle PACE
• Oracle SQL and data analysis experience.
• Understanding of the Eagle Data Model.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar tools.
