Job summary

HTC Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE experience within an Asset Management Middle Office environment.

The role acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to support data management, performance measurement, reporting, and system enhancements. The candidate will perform SQL-based data analysis, data reconciliation, and data flows across Eagle modules, while coordinating testing and stakeholder workshops.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE in Asset Management Middle Office.
• Oracle SQL and data analysis experience.
• Understanding of the Eagle Data Model and SDLC/Agile methodology.
• Experience with Jira, ServiceNow or similar tools; BI tool familiarity (Tableau, Power BI).
• 6+ years of overall experience, 4+ years with Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from Middle Office stakeholders.
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, data mapping, and process flow documents.
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Coordinate testing: SIT/UAT and validation of performance calculations and reports.
