Job description

The Eagle STAR/PACE Production Support Analyst / Developer will provide L2/L3 production support and contribute to development and enhancement activities in a fast-paced investment management environment.

Location

• Charlotte, NC / Iselin, NJ / Chicago, IL / Frisco, TX (Hybrid; Remote considered but not preferred)

Experience

• Minimum 6 years IT experience
• At least 4 years hands‑on supporting Eagle STAR/PACE in L2 or L3 production support

Skills / Tools

• Core Skills: Eagle STAR Performance and Reporting, Eagle PACE Data Management
• Database / SQL: Oracle SQL / PL SQL; understanding of Eagle Data Model
• Job Scheduling: Control‑M or Autosys
• Ticketing / ITSM Tools: ServiceNow or Jira
• Domain Knowledge: Security Master, Pricing, Corporate Actions, Portfolio Transactions, Performance Measurement (Time Weighted Returns preferred)
• Additional / Desirable Skills: FactSet, Eagle Accounting, Performance Attribution Systems
• Other: SDLC, change management, production release processes; strong analytical & problem‑solving skills; experience with onshore/offshore delivery

Duration

• Greater than 18 months (Long Term Contract)

Responsibilities

• Monitoring, analysis, and resolution of production incidents for Eagle STAR and Eagle PACE applications
• Root cause analysis and long‑term fixes to improve platform stability
• Functional and technical troubleshooting, batch/job monitoring, and data validation
• Managing escalations and coordinating with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Supporting release deployments and post‑implementation validations
• Creating and maintaining documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles

Key Requirements

• Strong hands‑on experience with Eagle STAR and PACE workflows (Security Master, Pricing, Transactions, Ratings)
• Expertise in Oracle SQL / PL SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience with job scheduling tools and production release processes
• Strong domain knowledge in investment/asset management
• Effective communication with business users and project teams
