Title: Eagle STAR/PACE – Capital Markets Business Analyst

Loc: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

We’re looking for an experienced Eagle Star Capital Markets Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in Eagle STAR, PACE, and Investment Performance to play a critical role in transforming investment operations for a leading asset management firm. This is a highly visible role involving direct collaboration with portfolio managers, traders, operations teams, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Act as a key liaison between business and technology teams to drive enhancements and solutions across Eagle STAR accounting, PACE, and performance reporting systems.
2. Work directly with portfolio managers, traders, and operations to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Lead and support end-to-end integrations with Eagle STAR/PACE including security master, pricing, and performance data flows.
4. Drive the integration and optimization of FactSet data into Eagle workflows, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery.
5. Design and optimize workflows using IWS, Message Stream, and other Eagle integration tools.
6. Scope data needs, define connection methods, and ensure continuous performance monitoring and analysis.
7. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth upstream/downstream integration across the investment lifecycle.

Must-Have Qualifications

1. 12+ years of professional experience in the US Capital Markets/Asset Management industry.
2. Strong experience with Eagle STAR, PACE, and investment performance analytics.
3. Proven Business Analysis background in investment operations, including deep knowledge of accounting and performance reporting.
4. Deep understanding of trade flows across Derivatives, Equities, and Fixed Income.
5. Hands-on experience with Eagle integration tools: Message Stream, IWS, etc.
6. Strong knowledge of security master and pricing enrichment processes.
7. Prior experience integrating FactSet into Eagle is highly desirable.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Exposure to Bloomberg AIM or similar order management systems.
2. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or modern data pipelines (e.g., AWS, Python scripting).
