Job summary

REALIGN LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and translate stakeholder needs into actionable design documents for a virtual assistant program. • Lead requirements sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, business needs, success criteria, and implementation considerations.
• Create clear, thorough technical documentation including business requirements, functional specs, process flows, data mappings, and integration details.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into actionable conversational AI design documents for developers, designers, testers, and product stakeholders.
• Demonstrate understanding of APIs, web services, request/response structures, validation logic, exception handling, and data decisioning logic.
• Create and maintain Jira epics, stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation that define expected behavior and testable outcomes.
• Deliver assigned work on time and communicate risks, blockers, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, QA, partners, and leadership.
• Apply analytical and systems-thinking to understand business processes, user journeys, and operational dependencies in a virtual assistant ecosystem.
• Support design efforts by applying strategies to improve answer effectiveness and user experience.
• Review vendor workflow logic and basic code or configuration to interpret decision rules.
• Support QA by reviewing requirements and validating behavior against acceptance criteria.
• Analyze large data sets and dashboards (Tableau) to identify trends and opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts through diagrams, dashboards, and discussions.
