You will create comprehensive technical documentation, manage Jira epics and stories, and collaborate with product, engineering, QA, and vendor partners to deliver high-quality experiences.

• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable AI design artifacts.
• Experience creating business requirements, functional specs, and data mappings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business partners, technology teams, and stakeholders to define scope and success criteria.
• Create technical documentation including business requirements, functional specs, process flows, and data mappings.
• Translate requirements into conversational AI design documents for developers and designers.
• Demonstrate understanding of APIs, web services, and data decisioning logic.
• Create and maintain Jira epics, stories, and acceptance criteria with clear behavior and testable success conditions.
• Deliver work on time and communicate status, identifying risks and blockers.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, partners, and leadership.
• Apply analytical and systems-thinking to understand processes and user journeys.
• Support conversational AI design to improve answer effectiveness and user experience.
• Review vendor tool workflows and basic code or configuration logic.
• Support QA by validating requirements and test planning.
• Analyze large data sets and Tableau dashboards to identify trends and opportunities.
