Technical Business Analyst, BA

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering and analysing requirements, documenting user stories and acceptance criteria, and managing these through Azure DevOps (ADO). You will work closely with stakeholders across various teams and ensure project alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.The ideal candidate will have an active SC clearance, a desire to undergo DV sponsorship, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, taking initiative and delivering with minimal supervisionDuration - 12 Months Location - South East Key Responsibilities

Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements using various tools and methodologiesTranslate requirements into clear, actionable User Stories and Acceptance CriteriaManage and maintain traceability of requirements through Azure DevOps (ADO)Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure a shared understanding of requirementsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestonesSupport testing and validation to ensure solutions meet defined requirementsMonitor and report on progress, risks, and issues related to business analysis activitiesAdapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving stakeholder expectations
