3Core Systems is looking for Product/Business Analyst for one of our clients in 90% Remote (Quarterly Travel TO Any of these Locations (Kentucky, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania)

Role: Product/Business Analyst

Location: 90% Remote (Quarterly Travel TO Any of these Locations (Kentucky, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania)

Contract: 12 Months (Ability to Extend)

Position description:

• The Product Analyst/Business Analyst will work directly with the Product Owners, Business Team and technical team to implement and support technical solutions to meet organizational objectives.
• Support/facilitate process mapping sessions to provide AS IS/TO BE documentation
• The analyst will assist the Product Team with prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system changes and researching new tools in alignment with industry trends.
• The analyst will develop, analyze and amend technical specifications for delivery to the development team.
• The Analyst will address solution any relevant problems or roadblocks and ensure high levels of performance and security.
• Will work in ADO on feature refinement, Story development and participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Communicate with stakeholders as needed to understand their functional requirements.
• Ensures traceability on project work including capturing requirements; tracking test cases linked to requirements; and may support capturing defects and linking to root cause as part of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
