Role Description

Our clients are seeing a full-time remote Business Analyst (various levels open). As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing data related to our clients' businesses, processes, and systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, requirements, and opportunities and provide customized solutions to meet their unique needs. You will also be responsible for creating reports and presenting findings to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Prior experience in business analysis or related field
• Experience with data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques and tools
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and ability to build strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical tools such as R or Python is a plus
• Experience in HR consulting, executive search, or talent management is a plus
