What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Gather and document business requirements for complex data solutions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels

• Write UAT test scripts and conduct UAT testing

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects
• Proven experience in data analytics, reporting, data engineering, or enterprise application implementation
• Strong understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and data integration techniques
• Ability to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and technical staff
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, Draw.io, ADO, JIRA, and Confluence
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 5 years of experience contributing to data modernization initiatives in Azure
• Familiarity with Microsoft data engineering tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks)
• Experience using data visualization tools like Power BI
• 4+ years of experience in election-related projects
• Ability to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate them
