Job summary

Largeton Group is seeking a Tech Business Analyst for an onsite role in Atlanta, GA. You will collaborate with business owners, users, and technical teams to identify operational needs and translate them into technical specifications.

The role includes elicitation, documenting BRDs/FRDs, and mapping current and future processes. You will also manage backlogs, create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and support UAT to validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business owners, users, and technical teams to identify and analyze operational needs and requirements.
• Lead requirements elicitation through interviews, workshops, and brainstorming sessions with diverse stakeholders.
• Document detailed business rules and requirements in BRDs, FRDs, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications (such as API specs, database mappings, and system workflows) for development teams.
• Analyze and map current (as-is) and future (to-be) business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Manage and groom product backlogs in close coordination with Product Owners, ensuring high-level features are broken down into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct systems analysis and data mapping, including SQL queries and API payload analysis, to understand data flow through systems.
• Develop test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and support or lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Excel, and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma) to support project documentation and analysis.
• Apply strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery.
