KEMET Electronics Corporation, a YAGEO Group Company, seeks a Sales Representative in Phoenix, AZ to drive sales across OEMs and distribution in AZ, NM, and S. Nevada. You will partner with engineering and supply chain to tailor solutions, train partners, and grow market share while traveling up to 40%.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field, proven sales growth, and strong presentation, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. A dynamic, results-driven mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Science or Business
• Must be experienced with solutions-based selling and approach to solving customer’s problems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to deliver presentations using PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to use Excel proficiently

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed sales plan
• Develop relationships with key accounts and distribution partners
• Work with engineering and supply chain personnel at key accounts to design in KEMET and gain approval on AVL/BOMs
• Train distribution on all KEMET/YAGEO products
• Forecasting Sales annually
• Develop targeted new customers
• Maintain high service level to current customers
• Develop further opportunities with current customers
