KEMET Electronics Corporation, a YAGEO Group company, is seeking a Sales Representative in the Phoenix, Arizona area. You will drive sales through direct accounts and distributors across AZ, NM, and southern NV, while collaborating with engineering and supply chain to win AVL/BOM approvals.

Ideal candidates have a BS in Engineering/Science/Business, 3+ years in sales, and a proven track record of growth. Travel up to 40% is expected, with a dynamic, relationship-driven approach to customers.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering, Science or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with track record of growth.
• Experience with solutions-based selling and solving customer problems.
• Outgoing, dynamic personality with strong sales drive.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plan.
• Develop relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Collaborate with engineering and supply chain to design in KEMET and gain AVL/BOM approval.
• Educate distribution on KEMET/YAGEO products.
• Provide market feedback to management on trends and risks.
• Support Pricing Analyst with major RFQs.
• Maintain high service level to customers.
• Develop opportunities with existing customers and new targets.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork between Customer Service, Production and customers.
• Forecast sales on an annual basis.
• Identify market vulnerabilities and opportunities.
