Job summary

Early Childhood Investment Corporation is seeking a Technical Assistance Associate to design and deliver high-quality TA, primarily consultation, in collaboration with Great Start to Quality Resource Centers. Remote work is based in Michigan with occasional state travel, working Monday–Friday in an exempt, salaried role.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years in adult learning and consultation in early childhood, strong facilitation, and proficiency with data collection

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years in consultation, facilitation and developing adult learning for early care and education.
• Proven success in developing and implementing technical assistance regionally or statewide.
• Skilled in needs assessment, strategy development, and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization as a skilled facilitator and subject matter expert.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Design and deliver capacity-building opportunities for successful implementation.
• Provide consultation to ensure trainings and other scope deliverables are met.
• Facilitate meetings with partners to support effective implementation.
• Develop and implement annual TA plan, track progress, and produce written materials.
