Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years of experience in consultation, meeting facilitation and development of learning opportunities for adults in the early care and education field.
• Proven success in development and implementation of technical assistance at a regional or state-wide level.
• Skilled in assessing needs, developing strategies, and evaluating outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization as a skilled facilitator and subject matter expert.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external partners.
• Design and deliver capacity building opportunities to support successful implementation.
• Provide consultation to ensure required trainings and other scope of work deliverables are met by all Great Start to Quality Resource Centers.
• Facilitate meetings with internal and external partners to support effective implementation.
• Develop and implement annual technical assistance plan, track and review progress reports and deliverables, and create written materials to support implementation and reporting.
• Assist with coordination and implementation of internal and external continuous improvement and evaluation activities.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with partners at state, regional and local levels.
