Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field.
• At least 15 years of relevant work experience.
• English fluency (oral and written).
• Experience in child welfare and related human services topics.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinating child welfare special initiatives and priority areas with teams of technical and subject matter experts.
• Coordinate a consultant pool and guide staff preparation and TA delivery.
• Develop and deliver TA products, resources, tools, and peer services.
• Oversee recruitment, coordination, and support of a consultant pool and manage budgets/fiscal resources.
