Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional expertise in required special initiatives and priority content areas.
• Maintain communication with project/client contacts and provide up-to-date information on trends and EBPs.
• Ensure TA activities meet contractual obligations and are properly documented.
• Identify trends in TA needs and design long‑term strategies for higher performance.
• Lead and supervise TA staff and coordinate cross-center teams to deliver high-quality TA.
