Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks a Consultant II to work across the Mid West / East Coast, US, with travel up to 50%. The role translates business requirements into asset-management processes and technical specifications, contributing to client and internal projects and mentoring junior team members.

Responsibilities include leading system design workshops, configuring client solutions, data modelling, and providing support and training.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in asset-intensive industries or facility management environments.
• Graduate education in a relevant degree or highly applicable work history.
• Demonstrable understanding of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) and SQL writing skills.
• Experience with asset-management systems (IBM Maximo, AssetWise, SAP, Infor, Oracle, Salesforce) or related applications.
• Knowledge of SDLC and integration of business solutions with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle from development to deployment and support.
• Configure and customize client solutions using workflows and system configurations for asset-management needs.
• Deliver multiple projects concurrently to meet complex requirements.
• Identify and manage project delivery issues and risks.
• Facilitate design and reengineering workshops; create documentation and training materials.
• Mentor junior team members and guide client-facing activities.
• Coordinate data modelling and data collection activities; ensure data quality and standards.
• Support RFIs and RFPs; maintain scope and deliver high-quality results.
