Job summary

Bentley Systems seeks a Consultant II to partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into asset-management solutions. You will lead technical delivery, configure systems, and guide data mapping and integration across complex projects.

The role blends client delivery with advisory work in EAM/Asset Management. Requires 4–7 years of relevant experience, strong SQL/SDLC knowledge, and the ability to mentor others.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable understanding of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) and SQL writing.
• SDLC expertise and experience in delivering IT solutions for asset-management systems.
• Experience with integrating business solutions with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, etc.).
• Knowledge of asset-management systems (Maximo, AssetWise) or related applications.
• Experience with Ez Max Mobile and enterprise mobility.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor junior staff and manage client workshops.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across project lifecycle including design, development, testing and deployment.
• Configure and customize client solutions with workflows and data integration.
• Deliver multiple projects concurrently to meet client needs.
• Identify and track project delivery issues and risks.
• Facilitate design and process workshops and produce system documentation.
• Advise end-users and ensure project outcomes meet business goals.
• Coordinate data modelling and data collection activities.
• Improve implementation processes and deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and support RFIs/RFPs.
• Travel up to 50% to support client engagements.
