Job summary

Turner & Townsend AMCL seeks a Senior Asset Management Consultant to lead data analytics, BI reporting, and risk-informed decision support for infrastructure assets across the U.S. You’ll work with Maximo, Trapeze, and Hexagon EAM, developing KPIs, models, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• The state of the practice of Asset Management in asset-intensive sectors and data challenges.
• Systematic approaches to asset information management and data governance.
• IT systems that support Asset Management and procurement drivers.
• End-to-end processes: asset investment, maintenance planning, and performance reporting.
• Stakeholder engagement and effective communication mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Interpret complex datasets, develop KPIs, analyze trends, and perform analytics.
• Develop models to support risk assessment and forecasts across criteria.
• Design and implement tools to optimize projects and maintenance strategies.
• Build Power BI dashboards and ETL processes from multiple sources.
• Communicate findings to teams and clients for lifecycle decision-making.
