Job summary

Steelwrist in Newington, Connecticut, is seeking a technically skilled Technical Assembler to build tiltrotators and related equipment. You will perform mechanical and hydraulic assembly, follow drawings and work instructions, and ensure quality through inspections.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• Experience with mechanical and hydraulic assembly.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and exploded-view diagrams.
• Experience with industrial equipment, construction equipment, Lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement is a plus.

Steelwrist is a growing global manufacturer of industry-leading tiltrotators, quick couplers, and work tools for excavators. As our North American business continues to expand, we are increasing local production in Newington, Connecticut, and are looking for a driven Technical Assembler who wants to grow with us and help develop our U.S. manufacturing operation for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical and hydraulic assembly of Steelwrist products according to drawings, work instructions, and quality requirements.

• Use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, and other assembly equipment safely and correctly.

• Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the assembly process.
