Join Transcom as a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor, supporting customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers. Use your technical expertise and customer service skills to troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and assist with account services. What we are looking for:
  • Ability to engage and actively listen to callers
  • Navigate multiple applications efficiently
  • Provide clear, step-by-step instructions
  • Handle conflict and frustrated customers professionally
  • Work independently in a structured, remote environment
  • Adhere to full-time schedule and work in a high-volume call environment
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent
  • Successful background check
  • Availability for 32-40 hours/week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong computer skills, typing at least 30 wpm
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and manage high-pressure situations
  • Experience in technical support or call centers preferred
Location & Work at Home Requirements

Must reside in one of the specified states and have a dedicated, distraction-free home office with a reliable internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, ping <100ms). Company-provided equipment is included, but a personal computer with Ethernet connection is required for assessments.
