Join Transcom as a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor! You'll support telecommunications customers with their devices and troubleshoot technical issues, providing excellent customer service. Listen to call samples here: [links].

What We Are Looking For
  • Ability to engage callers, actively listen, analyze, and resolve technical issues
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple applications simultaneously
  • Patience and professionalism in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Self-motivated with discipline to succeed remotely
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 18 years old, High School diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Able to work full-time 32-40 hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Strong computer skills, typing at least 30 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to handle conflict and upset customers professionally
  • Experience in technical support or call centers preferred
Location & Work-From-Home Requirements

Must reside in specified states and have a dedicated, distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload). Provided equipment includes a computer, monitor, and headset. A wired internet connection is mandatory.
