Join us as a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor supporting our telecommunications client. You'll assist customers with smartphones, tablets, and computers, troubleshooting issues, and providing excellent service. Listen to call samples here: Sample 1, Sample 2, Sample 3, Sample 4.

What we are looking for:
  • Engage effectively with callers, actively listen, and analyze technical issues
  • Navigate multiple applications to research solutions
  • Provide accurate, timely instructions and resolve conflicts calmly
  • Work independently in a structured, remote environment
  • Adhere strictly to your schedule and handle high call volume
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Able to work 32-40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong computer skills, typing at least 30 WPM
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Professional, courteous, and able to follow procedures
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations
  • Experience in technical support or customer service preferred
Location & Work-from-Home Requirements

Must reside in one of the specified states and have a dedicated, distraction-free home office with reliable high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, ping <100 ms). Equipment is provided, but a personal computer is required for assessments.
