Job summary

Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Technical Analyst to join its Information Technology team. The role focuses on providing technical analysis, implementation, and ongoing support across enterprise infrastructure, end-user devices, and connected technologies.

You will work with Technology Services to deliver secure, reliable, standardized solutions and assist stakeholders and service partners. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of IT experience and an associate degree in a technical

Qualifications

Associate degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline preferred.
Equivalent combinations of education, training, certifications, and experience may be considered.
Minimum 1–3 years of IT support, networking, or related technology experience preferred.
Entry-level or foundational certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, cloud, security, audiovisual, or wireless credentials encouraged.
Must have valid driver’s license and ability to travel to company locations.

Responsibilities

Provide technical analysis, implementation, and operational support across enterprise infrastructure, communications, end-user platforms, devices, and connected technologies.
Resolve routine and moderately complex IT issues and participate in IT projects.
Offer practical technical support to stakeholders and service partners.
