Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Анализ бизнес- и технических требований для страховых процессов (квотирование, полис, endorsements, продление, претензии, биллинг).
• Перевод требований в функциональные/технические спецификации.
• Разработка и оптимизация сложных SQL-запросов, анализ структур данных и потоков данных между порталами и системами.
• Проектирование и документирование моделей данных, маппингов и интеграционных контрактов между OutSystems, Azure и бэкендом.
• Определение сущностей, экранов и бизнес-логики для OutSystems; ревью решений на соответствие требованиям.
• Расследование ошибок интеграции и корневых причин.
• Подготовка acceptance criteria, поддержка тестирования, валидации данных и UAT.
• Документирование требований, дата-д dictionaries, бизнес-процессов и диаграмм интеграций.

Andersen is hiring a Technical Analyst for a large-scale insurance transformation project focused on optimizing business processes, aligning requirements, and ensuring successful project delivery. The customer is an international insurance company operating across multiple countries, known for expertise in niche markets and commitment to high-quality service. • Analysing business and technical requirements for insurance processes, including quoting, policy management, endorsements, renewals, claims and billing.


• Translating business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.


• Developing and optimising complex SQL queries, analysing data structures and data flows between portals and core insurance systems.


• Designing and documenting data models, mappings and integration contracts between OutSystems applications, Azure services and back-end systems.


• Defining entities, screens, business logic and integration requirements for OutSystems applications, and reviewing technical solutions against requirements.


• Investigating data inconsistencies and integration issues, performing root-cause analysis and supporting issue resolution.


• Preparing acceptance criteria, supporting functional testing, data validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).


• Creating and maintaining requirements documentation, data dictionaries, process flows and integration diagrams.


• Collaborating with developers, architects, QA and business stakeholders within an Agile/Scrum environment.

Требования:

• Experience as a Technical Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Systems Analyst for 5+ years.


• Experience in the insurance domain, including policy administration, underwriting, claims or billing for 3+ years.


• Strong SQL expertise, including complex queries, joins, aggregations and performance analysis using SQL Server or Oracle.


• Solid understanding of data structures and data modelling, including relational models, normalisation and data mapping.


• Hands-on experience with OutSystems or another low-code platform with a willingness to deepen OutSystems knowledge.


• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g. Azure SQL, API Management, App Services, Functions, Data Factory).


• Experience in writing requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, using Jira and Confluence.


• Level of English – Intermediate+ and above.
